What happens technically
  • Whisper-on-device transcribes voice into text locally
  • Rule pre-filter triggers if obvious threat keywords detected
  • Transcript streams to /api/classify for MHLW-taxonomy classification
  • Severity score routes incident to right escalation tier
  • Staff receives confirmation: "logged, manager notified" — no in-moment decision required
What does NOT happen
  • Customer is not notified — capture is for incident record, not confrontation
  • Customer face / image not stored
  • Staff is not asked to classify on-the-spot — that comes later, on review
  • No PII (name, card number, etc.) extracted or persisted
